The shipping of your package

Packages are generally sent within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and delivery without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with signature request, an additional charge will apply, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever type of shipping you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping charges include handling and packaging charges and postage. Handling costs are fixed, while transportation costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items in one order. It is not possible for us to group two separate orders placed separately, so shipping costs will be charged for each. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.

The boxes are appropriately large in size and your items are well protected.

Returns

Have you received your order and wish to return one or more items? Here’s how you can do it:

  1. Send us an email – to info@evangelistaliquori.it – containing a list of the items you intend to return along with a reason. Check that the products to be returned are intact, complete with their original packaging, tags and labels.Then all you have to do is contact a shipper of your choice and send the goods, within 28 days of receiving the order, to the address:

When the returned products arrive, we will as soon as possible send you by e-mail, the relevant confirmation of acceptance of return and refund through banking procedure, the expenses incurred in the purchase of these products.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged products during transportation until delivery.

We also have the right not to accept the return of returned products that are without their tags, internal labels and have been used, worn, washed or damaged.

You can make partial or total return of the same order in one go.

MODE OF REIMBURSEMENT

Once the goods have arrived at our warehouses and checked, if compliant Evangelista Liquori S.r.l. will refund the value of the goods, of which you will be notified by e-mail.

The refund will be made to your account if the purchase was made directly to your card if you used a Credit Card. Tele refund will be effective on your account or card about 6/7 business days after the return confirmation email. In any case, the timing depends on the client’s bank.

CHANGES

Products purchased online cannot be exchanged, only returned (returned). The return of the money will take place at a later date, following the procedures outlined in the “REFUND METHODS” section.

RETURN FOR DEFECTS OR NON-CONFORMITY OF PRODUCTS

Send us an email indicating the issues you have experienced with the products. After that, we will, at our expense, contact the courier who will make the pickup at the same shipping or billing address.

Once the goods have arrived at our warehouses and found to be non-conforming, we will make a refund of the value of the goods, of which you will be notified by e-mail with the relevant credit note attached.
